An ambitious and meaningful project of establishing a museum for peace affairs in the Austrian capital of Vienna. The museum will attempt to contribute to achieving the world peace through

  • creating a physical place dedicated
  • to fostering a culture of peace,
  • by raising public awareness to the issues surrounding world peace.

The Peace Museum Vienna will include

  • a meeting point,
  • an exhibition hall,
  • a center for the presentation of movies, slide shows and multi-media productions.
  • It will have a fine, small library, a videotheque,
  • the café de la Paix de Vienne,
  • an educational focus point for schoolchildren students, teachers and professors.

The Peace Museum Vienna intends to have a true and lasting impact on its visitors. It wishes to send a clear and simple message to its visitors, ranging from schoolchildren, students, to politicians: Peace! How can I, as a single human being promote and contribute to peace?
